Dear Mr. Pozzato,

In order to provide the in house calibration that we require, several companies were evaluated. By far, the first choice was Expert On-site Calibration of Vernon, CT.  Mr. John Pozzato's superior knowledge of both calibration and of ISO requirements, and the reasonable cost to perform this service, are but a few key reasons why this company was chosen.

The calibration was performed as scheduled, in an efficient and professional manner, even additional items were added to the project. The final report and the calibration certificates were issued in a timely manner.

During a recent audit, there were no audit findings with the calibration program. This definitely will be an advantage as we prepare for ISO 9001 Certification.
